Although e-commerce has been around for more than 5 % of all produced goods are bought online . But e-commerce is growing. It rises in traditional markets as never before. Over 75% of all customers buy products after reading reviews about them on the Internet. They ask their friends about the quality and design of certain products. A cosmetics company based in America, for example , asked clients to share beauty tips over the Internet .
Companies also encourage online shoppers to play games that focus around their products. A British firm allows users to play a game with play money where they can go buy virtual versions of the products and their friends to comment.
The next generation smartphone is likely to have a greater impact on online shopping . While in a real store , customers often get reviews and price comparisons directly on your mobile . In many cases, when they see something they want to buy , go to the store and buy online or go to a nearby place where they get it at a lower price . Examples of the applications that are displayed even if it is a product for sale within walking distance from your location.
E-commerce is just the beginning , with many more new futures buying experiments.
